Creamy Endives

(Prep + Cooking Time: 17 minutes | Serves: 4)

Ingredients:

4 endives; trimmed and roughly shredded

1 yellow onion; chopped.

1/4 cup sour cream

Salt and black pepper to the taste

Directions:

In your Foodi mix all the ingredients, toss, cover and cook on High for 12 minutes. Release the pressure fast for 5 minutes, divide between plates and serve as а side dish.

Almonds and Radish
